Andrea Brancato
Trainee Lawyer
Andrea Brancato is a trainee lawyer at the Giambrone & Partners office in Lyon.
His practice focuses on corporate criminal law, with particular attention to whistleblowing regulations, as well as immigration law. He graduated from the International School of Brussels, where he completed the International Baccalaureate. He later obtained a Master’s degree in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome, specialising in corporate criminal law. His thesis explored the recent evolution of the whistleblowing system.
Following his studies, Andrea joined Giambrone & Partners in France.
He is fluent in Italian and English, and is currently improving his French with the aim of reaching an advanced level.
