Francesco Maria Bombace

Graduated in Law in July 2024 from the University of Naples “Federico II”, he defended a thesis in Criminal Procedure Law entitled “The Application of Penalties at the Request of the Parties in Light of Recent Reforms”.

 

He has been registered with the Naples Bar Association since November 2023 and, during the last academic year, completed the early legal traineeship pursuant to Article 40, paragraph 1, Law No. 247/2012.

 

His practice focuses on the prevention of white-collar crime, compliance models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, privacy and GDPR, healthcare risk management, and medical liability.

 

He is the recipient of a PhD at the University of Naples “Federico II”, XLI Cycle, in the Doctoral Programme in “Human Rights: Theory, History and Practice”.
