Fabrizio Di Patti is an experienced Italian tax and business consultant with extensive experience advising accountants and law firms both in Italy and across Europe.

Fabrizio qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017. Giambrone & Partners collaborates with Fabrizio to assist our clients when advising Italian companies on accounting and tax issues, particularly in relation to international corporate transactions and regulatory compliance processes.

He provides specialist advice on Italian taxation and can advise and guide commercial organisations of all sizes from incorporation to the eventual end of the business. Fabrizio brings in-depth technical accounting knowledge, advising clients on the challenging and complex issues arising from transactions, business decisions, regulatory changes, joint ventures, strategic alliances ensuring that the business is compliant with tax issues and accounting.

Fabrizio has recently received several assignments from the Court of Palermo and Termini Imerese for bankruptcy and judicial administration matters, as well as collaborating in anatocism and bank usury cases.
