Fabiana Esposito is part of the legal team at the Naples office, where she primarily focuses on international and immigration law. She serves as Legal Director of the US Desk, operating from Naples, with a particular focus on visa management and global mobility.
Her work involves assisting companies and individuals with the complex process of obtaining visas, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing tailored solutions for entry to and residence in the United States.
Fabiana earned her law degree at the University of Naples “Federico II”, with a thesis on international law entitled “The Prohibition of Torture in International Law”. She then completed a postgraduate master’s in International Human Rights Protection at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, where she studied digital surveillance, freedom of expression, and privacy protection. During her studies, she also participated in academic and research programmes abroad, including a study period at Oslo Metropolitan University.
She has collaborated with ethical and legal research centres on comparative and gender law issues. Fabiana is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
