Fabiana Esposito is a member of the legal team at the Naples office, where she primarily focuses on international law and immigration, with a particular emphasis on providing legal support for the American Desk and handling visa applications.
She graduated in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II,” where she wrote a thesis on international law entitled “The Prohibition of Torture in International Law.” She then completed a postgraduate master’s degree in International Human Rights Protection at the University of “La Sapienza” in Rome, specialising in topics such as digital surveillance, freedom of expression, and privacy protection.
Throughout her studies, she participated in academic and research programmes in international settings, including a study period at Oslo Metropolitan University. She has also collaborated with ethical-legal research centres on issues relating to comparative law and gender.
Fabiana is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
