Federica Porfido

Federica Porfido is a professional in the client services team.  She has extensive experience in client facing roles at prestigious organisations.

 

Federica has exceptional foreign language skills and is currently completing a Master's degree in International Relations – Diplomacy and International Organisations at the University of Milan, after having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Communication.

 

Federica brings experience in dealing with client interactions efficiently with meticulous attention to detail, creating positive first impressions by actively listening to client needs and addressing the requirements and delivering information and services with professionalism.
