Ghassen graduated from the University of Palermo in Political Science and International Relations and completed his degree with a master's in International Business and Politics at Queen Mary University of London.
Ghassen was also winner of an Erasmus+ scholarship from the European Commission to study one year at the University of Granada in Spain.
His role is to improve the company's positioning and achieve financial growth by defining long-term strategies, building key relationships with customers and identifying business opportunities in the EuroMediterranean area.
Ghassen liaises with internal teams, the marketing department and management in order to increase customer acquisition opportunities and consequently maximize the company's growth. Ghassen's activity also includes managing acquired customers and ensuring their satisfaction and positive attitude with the company through constant contact.
