Gabriele Giambrone is the founder and managing partner of Giambrone, which is an international law firm with more than 80 professionals and ten offices worldwide. He is an award-winning lawyer having won the coveted Thomson Reuter's Best Lawyer in Italy 2018, voted for by the readers of the European.
Gabriele Giambrone graduated in law from Palermo University in 2001 with a first class "cum laude" degree. He continued his studies at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland where he read law and economics and qualified as an Italian Avvocato in 2004. There followed a short spell in the Milan office of a magic circle English law firm which led to a position in the corporate department of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Bishopsgate in the City of London, before leaving to found his own law firm.
Gabriele is a highly regarded forex and binary options litigation expert and has been involved in the management of multifaceted claims in various jurisdictions for some time. He is frequently published on the management of complex Forex cross-border and multi-national claims.
Gabriele's expertise extends in more than one direction; he advises private and commercial clients on issues of complex cross-border litigation and represents claimants and defendants in all jurisdictions on civil and commercial matters.
