Marina Iluminada Camacho Fernández

Marina Iluminada Camacho Fernández is a qualified lawyer specialising in civil and commercial litigation, as well as immigration law, and practises from the Málaga office.
Marina graduated in Law from the University of Málaga in 2018, having completed her final semester at the University of Salford (Manchester), where she gained experience in Common Law.
She is distinguished by her strongly international profile and versatile career, developed through several years living abroad and specialising in European Law. She has also worked for a multinational financial services company focused on foreign exchange trading, cryptocurrencies and CFDs.
In 2021, Marina undertook the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya while working as a Legal Advisor in Mallorca for a leading mobility and automotive company. In this role, she specialised in several areas of law, including consumer law, civil and commercial contracts, and legal advice relating to the expansion of franchise networks into non-EU markets.
Prior to joining the Giambrone Group, Marina further developed her litigation practice on the Costa del Sol (Marbella), successfully advising on real estate transactions, immigration matters and complex civil disputes. Her civil practice includes debt recovery claims, contractual disputes and civil liability matters.
Marina also has experience in criminal law, particularly offences against property, as well as private client matters, advising on cross-border inheritances and property transactions.
