Marina Iluminada Camacho Fernandez

Marina Iluminada Camacho Fernández is an Associate in the Málaga office.

 

She graduated in Law from the University of Málaga in 2018, having completed her final semester at the University of Salford (Manchester), where she received training in common law.

 

Following her graduation, she pursued further studies in European Law and lived abroad for several years. Notably, she worked in Sofia (Bulgaria) for a multinational financial company specialising in forex, crypto, and CFD trading services.

 

In 2021, Marina decided to undertake the Master's in Legal Practice at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, while working as a Legal Advisor in Mallorca for a well-known car rental and vehicle sales company. During this time, she specialised in various legal areas, including consumer rights, civil and commercial contracts, and legal advisory work related to expanding the franchise network beyond the European Union.

 

Upon completing her postgraduate studies in 2024, Marina qualified as a solicitor in her hometown of Málaga and joined a local law firm in Marbella, where she handled property transactions, immigration matters, and civil law cases.

 

In May 2025, she joined Giambrone Group, becoming part of the Immigration Law department.
