Marco Del Vecchio

Marco Del Vecchio is a Partner at our Naples Office.

He was admitted to the Salerno Bar in 1998. He’s a qualified lawyer and can practice before the higher courts since 2010.

For over twenty years he has been dealing with banking and corporate law, assisting companies throughout the national territory. He performs as lawyer with passion and dedication, putting customer protection and satisfaction first.

He is a consultant for public and private companies and has gained his experience especially in the field of extraordinary corporate transactions and public services, as well as in banking litigation, achieving remarkable results both in court and out of court.

He has also acquired considerable experience in intellectual property law, providing assistance and advice in the management and protection of corporate intangible assets.

He has also gained significant experience in the field of bankruptcy law and, more generally, in the management of business crises, offering advice to companies both in the preventive phase of insolvency management and in the litigation for admission to various insolvency procedures.

He has participated as arbitrator and chairman in various arbitration boards in corporate and property rights disputes.
