Michele graduated with honours in Law from the LUMSA University (Palermo campus), presenting an innovative dissertation entitled "Blockchain and the Digitalisation of Banking and Insurance Markets." His work explored the impact of emerging technologies on the digital transformation of the financial sector, with a particular focus on the legal and regulatory implications of using blockchain in banking and insurance markets.
In addition to an excellent command of Italian, Michele is fluent in English, a skill that enables him to navigate international contexts with ease and stay up to date with the latest developments in his field. His academic background, combined with strong language skills, provides him with a broad and current perspective on the law as it applies to new technologies and digital financial markets.
