Massimo Morgante is a Lawyer at the Palermo office of Giambrone & Partners, where he primarily practises in the areas of civil law, corporate law and dispute resolution.
He graduated in Law from LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University in 2022, presenting a dissertation in Private Law entitled 'Blockchain and Smart Contracts: Current Legal Issues', focusing on the legal implications of emerging technologies. In 2023, he obtained a Master's Degree in Business Economics and Management from the same university, with a dissertation in Intellectual Property Law and Marketing Management entitled 'Non-Conventional Trade Marks'.
In 2024, he completed a Second-Level Master's Degree in Tax Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where his dissertation on leveraged buyout transactions examined issues relating to the abuse of law doctrine and the tax implications of corporate restructuring transactions.
His combined legal and business background enables him to approach disputes with a solid, multidisciplinary perspective, taking into account both the legal and technical aspects of a case, as well as the underlying commercial and corporate considerations.
He is a native Italian speaker, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
