Mario Postiglione is an Of Counsel at Studio Legale Giambrone in Compliance, 231, Privacy and Digital Services (D.S.A., D.M.A. and P2B).
Mario graduated from the University of Naples "Federico II" in 2016 and has subsequently carried out several scientific publications in the field of Data Protection including the book "Privacy for Authorised and Designated Processors" (published by POLIS SA, 2018).
Since 2018, he has taken part in first-rate assignments with public bodies and international companies including: ENAV S.p.A., Artelia Italia S.p.A., Gruppo Petitto, Mostra d'Oltremare S.p.A., ITASTE Group, etc.
He currently holds the position of Chairman of Supervisory Bodies and Data Protection Officer for several business entities. In 2024 he was the first lawyer in Italy to appeal to AGCOM for a violation of the Digital Services Act.
Within Giambrone, he will oversee the 'Compliance and Digital Services' department as 'Of Counsel'.
