Marta graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2015. She subsequently completed a specialised postgraduate course in Succession Law.
She is qualified to practise law in Italy and has also completed the theoretical training course in family mediation.
From the outset of her academic career, Marta focused her studies on private international law, developing particular expertise in international family law, succession matters, asset protection, and cross-border property transactions.
Throughout her professional career, she has worked with both law firms and notarial practices, advising on the drafting of legal documents, providing legal advice, managing contentious matters, and liaising with professionals and public authorities, both in Italy and abroad. She has assisted Italian and international clients with legal matters involving cross-border elements.
Marta joined Giambrone & Partners in 2026, where she focuses on cross-border matters involving individuals, families, and international assets.
