Massimiliano Fabrini is a Partner in the Corporate, Banking and Finance Team at the Rome office. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector and specialises in international structured and project finance as well as general transactional banking matters. Massimiliano has been voted as "one of the leading property finance lawyers in Italy" by Il Sole 24 Ore and Milano Finanza, two of the most influential financial newspapers in Italy.


Massimiliano also has extensive experience in SGR, and distribution of funds sectors as well as property, corporate and asset finance.
