Paolo La Manna

Paolo La Manna graduated in Law from the University of Salerno in 2010 and subsequently obtained an Executive Master in Business Law and Corporate Legal Advisory from the 24 ORE Business School.

 

He has been qualified to practise law since 2014 and has solid experience in civil litigation, particularly in the assessment and management of non-performing loans (NPLs and UTPs), restructuring activities, and debt renegotiation.

 

Paolo regularly collaborates on due diligence processes for financial services and banking institutions. He also manages mandates for out-of-court advisory services and litigation in the corporate, insolvency, and real estate sectors. In addition to Italian, he speaks fluent English.
