Pascal Vianney N’CHO is an Ivorian legal professional specialising primarily in commercial law, legal advisory services and regulatory compliance. He advises individuals and businesses on structuring their operations, as well as on contract negotiation and legal protection.
Pascal holds a Double Master’s Degree in Law, Economics and Management, specialising in Commercial Law, from the University Côte d’Azur (Nice) and Mundiapolis University (Casablanca). He began his professional career in 2021 at Khadija El Amrani Law Firm, where he worked on matters relating to commercial law and family law. The following year, he joined the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC), where he handled matters related to industrial and commercial property.
Continuing his professional development, in 2023 Pascal moved into the banking and insurance sector by joining Maroc Assistance Internationale, part of the Banque Populaire Group. In this role, he contributed to the development of the group’s activities across West and Central Africa, supporting the structuring of strategic partnerships, coordinating regional projects and developing relationships with stakeholders across the WAEMU, CEMAC, OHADA and CIMA regions.
Building on this experience, in 2025 he joined Wafa IMA Assistance, part of the Attijariwafa Bank Group, where he manages contractual matters, assists policyholders with their requirements and contributes to coordinating relationships with partners.
Alongside his corporate activities, since 2022 Pascal has collaborated with organisations and development projects, including the NGO DEAMCOVIE, providing support in contract drafting and negotiation, partnership structuring and the legal protection of economic and social development projects in Côte d’Ivoire.
In 2026, Pascal joined Giambrone & Partners as a Legal Executive in the Casablanca office.
Pascal is fluent in French, has professional working proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of Arabic.
