Rochdi Jaber

Rochdi Jaber has a strong legal academic background developed in France, with studies focusing on both criminal law and criminal sciences and business law. He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from Aix-Marseille University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, two of France’s leading academic institutions.

Prior to joining Giambrone, Rochdi gained several years of professional experience in France with a law firm specialising in the management and resolution of a broad range of disputes. During this period, he dealt with complex legal matters and different types of contentious proceedings, developing a rigorous, structured and solution-oriented approach to addressing clients’ legal needs.

His academic and professional background, developed within an international and multicultural legal environment, has enabled him to acquire a broad understanding of different legal and professional contexts and to work effectively on matters involving diverse legal systems and cultural backgrounds.

Rochdi is fluent in French and Moroccan Arabic and has a good professional command of English and Spanish.
