Simona Valastro

Simona Valastro is the Head of Accounts & Client Services - EMEA at the Palermo office. Her primary role in the Administration Department is to deal with banks, Italian clients and partners.

 

 

The finance team helps to maintain and improve the financial performance of the firm, providing information, reports and support with business decisions in a timely manner. Its principal activities include: costing, negotiating and billing, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, managing cash both for the firm and the client (where applicable), managing credit risk and supporting collections as well as paying suppliers, salaries and expenses.
