Teresa Chinello is a professional with a background in languages and communications, with experience gained in international environments and the legal sector.

 

She holds a degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultural Mediation from the University of Padua and subsequently expanded her expertise in communications through a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Marketing. Her professional background has enabled her to develop a strong focus on communication and on managing relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

 

Her previous experience at an Italian law firm gave her the opportunity to become familiar with the legal environment, where she was responsible for document management and provided support in debt recovery, litigation and mediation proceedings.

 

As part of the Client Service team, she manages client enquiries, providing initial support and gathering the information needed to understand their requirements. She also facilitates communication between clients and the firm’s professionals, ensuring clear, timely and effective assistance.

 

With proficiency in Italian, Spanish and English, she works in an international environment and communicates daily with clients of different nationalities. Her professional approach is based on clarity, availability and close attention to clients’ needs.
