Valentina Giarrusso is Of Counsel in the London and Palermo offices.
Valentina graduated in Law from the University of Siena, subsequently gaining a scholarship as a visiting student with the University of London.
In 1999 she took an LLM in International Commercial Law with the University of Nottingham. She has a Master's in Data Protection and Regulation from the London School of Economics. Valentina is admitted to practice in England & Wales as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL). Valentina was admitted to the Bar of Rome and she is a qualified mediator and arbitrator.
She worked for major international law firms in Milan and went on to set up her own law firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, commercial disputes and financial matters, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
