Torrevieja, April 10, 2026. In a significant ruling for the judicial proceedings regarding the homicide of John George, the Instruction Court No. 2 of Torrevieja has ordered today the revocation of provisional liberty and the return to prison of the main suspect.

This outcome represents a milestone for the defense of the victim's family, represented by our lawyer
Andreu Marín. Through constant dedication, the private prosecution has monitored every step taken by the accused, successfully demonstrating to the Court a systematic breach of the court-imposed bail conditions, specifically the ban on communicating with the parties involved.
The judicial order bases this measure on the suspect’s “disregard for the administration of justice and judicial rulings,” as well as the alleged commission of new crimes of serious threats and breach of conditions committed while the suspect was out on bail.
The Court has assessed the evidence provided regarding the deliberate harassment of the victim’s family through social media, including potential death threats that the Court describes as acts of "extreme gravity".
At Giambrone, we welcome this resolution with the satisfaction of having fulfilled our duty, reaffirming our commitment to justice and the effective protection of our clients against conduct that defies judicial authority.
