Ponzi Schemes - How to Avoid them

Ponzi schemes are still with us 120 years after Charles Ponzi first perpetrated the fraud.  Investors should be careful when considered a scheme, a high level Ponzi scheme was uncovered in the USA recently as well as another scheme was uncovered in the UK.  If the return is an unusually high interest rate it may be a fraud and considerable reseach should be undertaken before investing.
