The firm has an ambitious expansion plan for the next five years and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join the team who can contribute to the firm’s growth. 
 
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lawyer to join our Athens office, on a full-time and permanent basis. The role is office-based and the successful candidate would be expected to work from the office on a full-time basis.
 
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and exceptionally busy team which deals with commercial and civil litigation, property, and immigration matters predominantly.
 
The successful candidate will work alongside one of the Partners based in the London office and will assist in developing the Greek business. 

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking business development and administrative initiatives
  • Providing a high-quality legal service to the firm’s clients
  • Providing advice on commercial and civil disputes: contractual disputes, tortious claims, disputed debt claims, loan disputes and family law proceedings
  • Conducting title searches at the Land Registry
  • Advising on immigration law and Golden Visa procedures
 
The Successful Applicant
 
  • Be a Lawyer qualified to practise in Athens (0-2 PQE) or about to qualify as a Lawyer
  • Demonstrate experience working on general litigation and transactional matters  
  • Have excellent academic qualifications
  • Have commercial and technology awareness
  • Display excellent writing and communication skills in Greek and English
  • Have an interest in financial services regulation and cryptocurrency / Fintech (desirable)
