Giambrone and Partners LLP expands its International Presence with the opening of a New Office in Delaware

Giambrone and Partners, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Wilmington, under the guidance of the senior partner, Vincenzo Senatore, who will lead the new office, a highly experience international lawyer who spent some years in the USA where he gained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Transactions and Trade Law at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington DC.
 
Delaware which is widely considered to be one of the most popular states for businesses, as it is commonly considered the most business-friendly state for incorporation and is home to the majority of the Fortune 500 companies.

Vincenzo further worked in the USA where, during his fellowship at the prestigious Stanford Centre for Biomedical and Ethics (Stanford University) he specialised in intellectual property related to human embryonic stem cells. His research was published in the prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journal Nature Biotech. During that time, he passed the first test (MPRE) to become a California attorney and also became Notary Public for the State of California.
 
Our new office will strengthen both our transatlantic contribution and will be invaluable to our clients, both embarking on and dealing with the American market and will provide seamless access to the Court of Chancery, a prominent business and corporate court of law renowned as forum for commercial disputes. 
 
Initially, the Delaware office will focus on visa services in the USA and company formation in the USA which will assist our clients to take advantage of the enormous market America provides.  Giambrone and Partners experienced commercial lawyers can guide and advise through the procedures to set up a company and our immigration lawyers can assist with the movement staff to the USA through the appropriate visas.
